Creating Bar/Lounge Menus

Is there some way to choose what drinks/food items will be avaliable when sims visit bars?

I'm redoing the Banzai Lounge to be more of an eco-lounge.

But I really want the menu to be Vegetarian and to be able to choose what drinks the bartenders serve.
I've tried ctrl/shift clicking on the bars in build mode but there is no option I've seen to allow us to "set" the bars to specific items.

Is there some other way to do this?

I don't think that can be accomplished without custom bar-item and a mod for it. If even then.
