Create a pattern installation help

I was just wondering if anyone knows how to fix a problem with the create a pattern installation. I just downloaded it, and when installing I recieve this message

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Looks like a corrupt installer- delete the CAP executable, clear your browser caches and redownload it from the EA site.

Where can I find the CAP executable? sorry not very good with computers.
