is there a mod that changes relationship of sims?

I want to make 2 sims in my household into step-mom and step-son.

There is no way to *directly* link two sims as step-related.

To set up the relationship in-game, you require the mother to marry one of the child's natural parents, at which point the child will be considered "step" until the parents divorce.

If you want a mod that can assign blood relationships, or assign marriage between two sims, you can use MasterController... Available via the link in my signature.
