How about Aeropostale? Easy for a first timer like me!

Oh, when I am ready to upload, are there programs that I need?

There aren't any programs you need, per se. But you do need pictures taken in the game. Since you already have Body Shop pictures, I'm guessing you have some sort of graphics program. So you should be all set.

Uploading is done through a wizard on this site. You don't need any extra software to do it.
