I'd like to know if there's any way to make your sim go to work with a specific car.... and if they will be able to keep them afterwards. Just like in the Law Enforcement career where you get a police car in level 5.
I'm creating one car and I don't want it to be bought but won by reaching a specific level in a certain career.... Is this possible????
Thanks in advance!!!!

It is certainly possible; but it might very well require a core mod.
I don't know what sort of power level interaction injection mods are at at present; but as I understand it; you can't modify classes in MSIL/C# at runtime, so it strikes me as likely that a full-fledged core mod might be the only option; unless you provide your own rabbit hole with a custom career attached to it.

Are you attempting to adjust one of the existing EA careers ? If so, you will have to consider Williham's suggestion and consider some script modding.
However, if you are building a custom career using the Careers Mod, you can use the <OmniPromotionalRewardData> field available via the OmniCareer scripting class.
Cheers. :)

Hi :D
Thanks for your comments ;) about the career, I don't want to create one, I want to use an existing one and when you get to level 5, get this car as a reward.
I've been taking a look at this post : TUTORIAL : Core Mod (http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=354419&c=0&ht=&page=4&pp=25#startcomment)... is this what you were talking about???? Do I have to do all of this stuff???? It's just one little mod that I need.... a little script :D couldn't anybody help me with this????
It's the same action that happens in level 5 at the Law enforcement career... :D
Cheers :)

Yea, core modding is no easy treat, I think it's probably easier to do a whole new career on twallan's career mod...
