Every possible section in here but none for The Sims 1, great
Anyway it's been... what... 8 years since I got the original Sims game? Back then I didn't own any expansions (cause I didn't know of them, but now that I think about it the PC I had back then probably wouldn't have been able to run 'em all) but recently I saw this, for 10$ at a local electronics store:
http://www.magazinultau.ro/images/produse/jocuri/The-Sims-Complete-Collection-83604.jpg
It's an EA game with all it's extra pay content! All for 10$! Bargain or what?
Now here's where I need help, I need a patch / mod / program / idc that can run the game in fullscreen 1024 x 768 cause for some reason the game will only run up tp 800 x 600 by itself.
That's the 1st thing, 2nd thing:
Is there an expansion for The Sims that adds cars? Like NL for The Sims 2? And if yes where can I find some? :P
Thanks m8ths.
Oh and another thing, anybody know how magn3ts work?

It says it contains all EPs, so it has to have that EP, which I don't know whether it exists, that has cars.

I know. What I meant was, IS there a feature in one of the EP's that adds cars? :P
Anyway that's a side note, I really wanna be able to play in 1024 x 768 (at least) cause 800 x 600 for a game like Sims well... it sucks! :llama:

Argh! I remember having that problem when I got the complete collection. I just settled on playing it fullscreen, there was some stretching (although I eventually got used to it) but it was better than playing in a tiny window.

I'm don't think you'll find anything for 1024x768. The only options were 640x480 and 800x600 for a good reason - if you had a pentium 4 and could get 800x600 then you were the pimp ho daddy mac. As for cars, they pick you up for work but you don't own them. You see how big they are in game and you will understand why it's best not to have to build a garage for them. TS didn't have ownable cars until Night Life for TS2.
About the magnets. All that does is waste time of whoever is Mormon. There is no incorrect Mormon text on how magnets work because there is no Mormon explanation at all! Now you help me. Since you are meme savvy then perhaps you know know why a Navy Seal will punch you bloody if you go on board the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower and say "I'm on a boat."
Boat - A vessel for transport by water, constructed to provide buoyancy by excluding water and shaped to give stability and permit propulsion.
I'm not saying that the Eisenhower is just a boat, but the above definition applies to it. Problem, seals?

I don't see what else I can add to that.
