Moonlighting problem

Well, I wanted my sim to moonlight in bar, so i went there, but when some sim orders drink or food she just don't care lol. In other words, why can't she serve drinks? Sometimes she is just standing still moonlighting and sometimes she quits doing it.

I have problems which people keep asking my 5* for autographs when im moonlighting...cheeses me off sometimes aye
