How does Dexter Bear work?

So I downloaded the Dexter Bear, and I have NO idea how it works. I know there's a bear, but I don't know how it works. And of course I know what it does. Can anyone PLEASE give me a step by step guide on how to work it PLEASE?

It's not supposed to be in this section, but you buy the teddy bear, put it in your inventory, then you get the options when you click the teddy bear.
