Object size limits?

This is undoubtedly an idiotic question...

Is there a limit on the size of an object you can mesh for the game? I ask because I have an idea to do a Drive-In Theater lot, and would need a huge movie screen. I thought I could clone a TV so that the screen actually works, but could I even make a screen as big as I'd need?

Someone already uploaded scaled-up versions of the flat screen tv. The largest one is about the right size for a theater,
but you might want to scale it up even more for a drive-in screen.
