Placing objects on roads areas

Hi all,

As you know it, with TS3 we can't place any object on roads areas... So my following question: is there a special flag which define a road portion as road portion and not as (for exemple) a land or grass area ?
And if yes, is it possible to change / disable this flag to get the possibility to place any object anywhere in the TS3 world (in the game of course not in CAW because I know it's possible there).

Have you tried placing the objects using moveobjects on?

and thanks for your quick answer... I'm trying to build a cars accident and as you can see it on the followings pictures, moveobjects on dont let me place the cars on the roads... This test car is defined as an object available in the Decor Misc category... (Don't worry the test car isn't textured)
