weird bed bug? please help. :(

Okay, so i have this weird bug i've been trying to figure out.
I'm guessing this is how things start ;

1) butler does only halfway of "make bed"
2) sims cant sleep in the bed. they get the "somethings in the way" speech bubble.

usually just by deleting the item and buying a new bed works.

but this has occured for more than 8 times so it is reaaaaly annoying me.

please help :(
