Need help finding custom content!

Hello all, I wasn't sure where to post this, I'm kind of new to modthesims. But anyways... I have been trying to find a custom content genetic set that will allow me to make a more african american/black looking sim. Does anyone have any advice or know where to find one of this nature? HELP!
