Yeah it may seem like an odd problem, but my sims are getting promoted way too rapidly.
I just created a new family in CAS, moved them in and let them all get jobs. Later I find (I don't recall getting any notification about it) that some of them are suddenly in level 5 (!) of their job. They do not meet any requirments for promotion, none of them even have any skills yet, and they've only worked for one day.
So I used testingcheats to set them at level 1 again, and the next working day, one of them (who doesn't have any skills, and unlike two others with the same job who had actually begun training their skills (not that they had any yet still..)) get's promoted from level 1 to level 5! And then it happens to another sim in another job :S
What the heck is this? I mean it takes all the fun out of it if they're gonna cheat their way up! D:
