Hi,

Today there are some problems with
- patch and Generations,
- patch and Mac users,
- patch and old EP/SP.

This instructions is for patch and old EP/SP problems :

PC players :

First make sure, your base game is update to 1.22 even if you've got EP/SP or Generation.

Then apply your EP/SP update, if auto update doesn't work, just get the patch 2.17/3.13/4.10/5.8/6.5/7.3 here

You must get the new EADM called Origin, it should fix some update download problems.

If after applied these 3 updates, you've got problem, please contact EA support

At this time, I've got no problem with them.

This is exactly the same procedure as is always recommended for patching/installing a new EP (well, except the going to EA support bit, since doing so is laughably pointless). Why does it warrant a new post in the case of Generations specifically?

The problem is if you don't update your game, you can't download latest TS3 Store items and in-game TS3 Store won't work.

That is also a known fact from 1.5 onwards. Store content need that minimum version for aeons now.
So, now they have upped the min requirements to 1.22? Jeez.
