Inventory Problem!!

I Have A Problem When I Installed Generations
Once I Put An Item In My Sim, The Inventory Of That Sim Will Appear To All Of My Sims, Then When I Check My Family Inventory, There Are No Items!!
How Can I Fix It?

Try that first - every step, in order, and don't skip anything! Even if it doesn't say your specific problem, try it anyway, as it's a good starting point to rule out the most common causes of game issues.
