Find the names of things from the XML files

I hope this is the right place to post.

I have found out to find my way via S3PE to find the xml for the books and so on and found out the the thing have name refferences but i cant seem to find there actual names.
Does anybody know what i shall do for finding the books real name instead of Criminalcarreerbook1 or the real name of an oppourtunity instead of Guitarskillopp1 and so on??

Would be very happy for a nice respond on this.

The names of the books are in the STBL. Read thru this topic (http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=351289&c=0&ht=&page=2&pp=25#startcomment) and it should help you a little depending on what you're trying to do.
