Ok, so about a month ago everything was just fine. I saved and close out of my game for a few hours, didn't turn off the computer, didn't do anything, just left it there. When I started my game up again every bit of buy mode CC was gone. The build mode and CAS CC still shows up, even the new stuff I download. Dupes of a lot of CC also started showing up when I hadn't downloaded them. I ended up with at least four copies of the same wallpaper.
I looked through everything with the Sims2PackCleanInstaller to see if I had any empty packages that could be causing the problem, but nothing. I've tried disabling and re-enabling CC but to no avail. I've tried starting the game without the Downloads file, closing the game, and putting the file back thinking maybe for some odd reason the game would recognize it.
I've had the random one or two CC not show up, who hasn't? But this is probably forty pieces of CC the game just isn't seeing anymore. I'm not that computer savy or at least not in this area. Anyone have any ideas?
