View Full Version : Is this how Grr and Bleh are supposed to work?

This is likely a very stupid question.
I've just come back from a long hiatus from the game, and noticed that the Bleh and Grr interactions only cause a drop in a sim's bladder motive if it was already fairly low (half or less, it seems). I don't remember it working like this, but it's been a while and I figured I'd ask: Is that the way they're supposed to work, or did I mess them up somewhere along the line?

No, that's not what I mean.
Ok, when a Vampire uses bleh on a non-vampire, the non-vampire's bladder motive only goes down if their bladder motive was already low. Is it supposed to be conditional like that?

TBH, I never checked the motives of sims that were being "Bleh"ed. They all wet themselves and ran off, but he was only using it when he got angry about losing a game. And playing a game can take long enough to drop a sim's bladder past the critical point.
I do agree that it seems as though it should work all the time, but I will acknowledge that the circumstances might have been causing that impression for me.

Well, anygame testing yields the same behavior, so it's not the bajillion global mods I have running at any given moment. Must be the way it's intended to work. Funny how every vampire sim guide has failed to mention it, though.
