Town/'Hood name change?

I've been playing a 'hood called Brewsters Cove for a while now. I love the lots and the Sims, but got bored with the terrain and layout, so I changed it using Mootilda's HoodReplace utility. I love the new terrain and layout, but the name Brewsters Cove doesn't make sense anymore since there is no cove, only a small lake. I decided the lake should be called Lake St. Charles, and I want to change the name of the 'hood to that as well. How do I safely change the name so when it loads, Lake St. Charles will appear? Also, how do I change the thumbnail? It still shows the old terrain/layout even though in-game the new one is there...

To change the picture, I believe that you just replace the PNG file that has the same name as your neighborhood. Be sure to keep the same size, etc.

To change the hood name, can't you just type over the existing name in the neighborhood selection screen?

Thanks Mootilda. Love your utilities btw! I use HoodReplace, LotExpander and LotCompressor... I was able to change the name in-game just by editing it in the neighborhood selection menu - who would have thunk it would be so easy?!? I will try what you suggested regarding the thumbnail.
