No bumpmaps on a high-end card

Hello!
I was building a house today, used the pool tool and noticed I don't have the cute wavy waves and reflections which come with Seasons. I do have an ATI HD 5700 1GB card and I found that strange. It can handle those things quite well. What could be the problem? Why didn't the game enable them knowing it's powerful? I did have this written in the log file:
Name (driver): ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series
Name (database): ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series <<NOT FOUND IN DATABASE!>>
Maybe that's why?

Are you able to enable them manually in the game? If not, you can probably edit the configuration files to enable them. If you are unable to enable them in-game, let us know and I'll see whether I can find a tutorial for enabling them outside of the game.
