Is there a way for me to change the music played on community lots? I know it's not a mega important thing but it really bugs me when classical music plays in a dive bar for example.
Does anyone know how to switch channels or change what the wall speakers play?

I was kinda wondering the same thing, because I have a lot of my music in the custom folder and I'd rather here that playing at the clubs than say the classical or french station. If they actually played something fitting for the setting that would be one thing.

Activate testingcheatsenabled and Shift+Click on the speaker. It should give you the option to change the channel for all the speakers on the lot. If it doesn't work in Live mode it should in Buy mode.

Thanks CamiiMania, I'll give it a try. I think I tried testingcheats in Live mode so I'll give Buy mode a go. :)
Thank you again.

The only option I get with Shift+Click in either mode with testingcheatsenabled is the option to delete the speaker. Actually, I only get that in Live mode because Buy mode zooms me back to my home lot so I can't do anything to the community lot unless I go into Edit Town mode. And then I don't get any menu options at all when clicking in any manner on the speaker. All my community lots play classical music.
Is this yet another of the fifty million bugs they've added to the game?

Use 'Buy on This Lot' and you get into Buy Mode on the community lot. Then use Ctrl+Shift+Click (I think it is) on the wall speakers.

Edit Town mode - Build/Buy on This Lot - testingcheatsenabled and Cntrl-Shift+Click - worked for me! Thanks All!
