twitching sims?

for some reason ALL of my randomized sims' hands and feet twitch, their bodies are wierdly shaped, and they are either freakishly tall or freakishly short, and i have NO height slider :wtf: :( s.

Check your default replacements, you might have conflicting skins, eyes, etc.
