http://www.modthesims.info/d/373803 there is a set of thatched roofs in this set and there is a white one and a grey one. I have not seen a roof thatch that is like the one in the picture. There is one here: http://customsims3.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=384 and There are some free ones at The Sims Resource also such as this one http://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/955214 but it is unfortunately shiny.
