Create a World~Add roads to existing town?

I could not find a specific place for CAW questions. My apologies if this is not the correct place.

My only question is whether or not I can add roads to an existing town and how to do so. I have several community lots that require larger lots and I am running out of places to put them. I can put them in open land but then there would be no roads accessing them.

Yes, we have a CAW sub-forum under Create menu.
If you need help with your CAW project, the members who frequent that section would be able to answer faster than in here. :)
