Is it possible to turn hairmodels for XNALARA to hair meshes for sims3?

http://o0crofty0o.deviantart.com/art/MeshMod-Female-Hairs-1-202825333 I'm looking for Lightnings Hair but i just can't find any, so i looked around on deviantart and found this.
There are so many great artist here on mts so i thought if anyone can answer my question it's one of you.
I know that this maybe is the wrong category, but i didn't know where to post it

Probably possible, if you know how to get those meshes and textures into an editable format like OBJ and DDS/BMP, and know how to use Milkshape and how to make Sims 3 hair meshes.

And of course, if you wanted to share them with anyone (i.e. not just use the results yourself) you'd need to get permission from the original creator(s).

It's easy,
you will need to download XNALARA and the OBJ plugin for it (everything is in their official website).
Next thing, just import .mesh file into XNALARA and the click Export>OBJ.
Once your files are exported, you can import them into Milkshape.

Yeah, you won't be able to upload these hairs if you will convert them, they all are from video games and it's very unlikely that you will get the permission from official game creators.
