Custom Patterns Wont load

some of the patterns shown in the " SHOW ONLY CUSTOM content dont load
I downloaded a house that game with a Mod Script
Im not sure if it has anything to do with it.
Ive never use one of those before

Mine has been like this since I installed Generations. Nothing I've tried has fixed it. Even renaming the "The Sims 3" folder so the game makes a new one doesn't work. >.<
