This skin uses a modified version of the medieval sims skin for the female version, you don't need the mod to run this though, and the ea default skin for the male version. I haven't been able to make a non-default version yet, though I may in the future, and there is no children skin yet. As a result children you have with this mod will still use the ea skintone but will use the modified skintone once they become an adult.
