Fresh Food Bonus

Does anyone know how much bonus fresh food items--both fish and produce--receive? Or how to find out? And another, seemingly unrelated--but I assure you, one that is related--question: how many food points does each refrigerator hold? Been banging my head against the wall trying to find where this info is all day .... :turtle:
