I'm in need of maternity clothes for elder sim female who just got married to a male young adult. I found out she can get pregnant, but when she finds out that she is pregnant, all I see is her head and feet. Is there anyone out there in sim world who knows how to make clothes for her when she gets pregnant again?
Thank you in advance. :)

It's not possible for elder Sim to get pregnant, I guess it's a glitch or you using cheats.
Anyway, you will need some basic meshing skills in Milkshape.
Extract any outfit for elder women with CTU or Workshop.
Then in Milkshape edit the outfit to look "pregnant" (move vertices in belly area), you can use pregnant outfit for adult as example.
If you will use Workshop, you will need to edit only group_special in the mesh group tab. The important thing, you will need to tick "Available for maternity" box when importing back in to Workshop.
I don't know how to make this with CTU, but I must warn you that Workshop is very buggy and may cause some weird glitches.

Chapter 2 of this tutorial shows how to add a pregnant morph: http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=397260

I have a question: If it's possible to make pregnant morph bodies for males, why wouldn't it be possible to make one for an elder female?

As I answered in the tutorial thread, certainly it's possible. I don't know why you're asking since Elexis and I both just told you how to get started.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to get you worked up. Please forgive me. It's just that I've never done anything like that before so I'm a little unsure of trying it myself. I guess I was looking for someone who would be willing to try it for me. I'm very illiterate when it comes to something like this.

I'm not angry or anything, and made that remark because I was a little confused by your question and wondering if you understood what Elexis and I were saying. Also, this isn't the place to request something, it's for people who want help making things for themselves.
