Has anyone tried building a house with art deco style?
I'm trying to build a modern facility compound, with an older, 1940/50-ish wing, like the whole compound's been expanded from an older office building (kinda inspired from the interiors in Portal 2).
However, it seems like Sims 3 only has interiors that mostly looks modern. :( Any suggestions on this?

Well, art deco was pretty modern even by today's standards! I have made an apartment block in that style, http://www.simlogical.com/sl/Sims3/MySunsetValley/SVSeaFront.jpg though I have to admit I didn't concentrate on the internal decor very much.

The deco stuff that came with Night Life is all explicitly Art Deco inspired... walls, floors, ands o on.

Here are some screenshots of the old wing, although I'll probably have to redo it because of the uneven ground (I didn't use foundations).
But that aside, are there any comments about the layout or the style of the building?
