Building LN Venues - Recurring Problem

I've been experimenting with building bars, clubs and so forth. I want to do a set of one each, once I've amassed the necessary experience. My problem is, whenever I try to place a bubble bar it's inaccessible. I'm not sure how I'm placing it wrong, but once I click the 'Blow Bubbles' option, all the menu items are grayed out and unclickable. I play a lot in Bridgeport, and all the bars there work fine, so I'm pretty sure it's not a problem with clashing mods, or whatnot.

Has this happened to anyone else?

You need chairs for it :) I had a problem with that when I used it the first time.
