Grim's Pirates & Nobles Intro Disabler

So, I got tired of waiting for this. This disables all intro movies including the new Pirates & Nobles expansion. This is based off of Rick's NoIntro mod, so 99.9% of the credit belongs to him. All I added was the new _VID for P&N. I add this for those who want it, and if Rick updates his mod I'll gladly delete this one.
