As far as I can tell guildsmen and scallywags are the only random spawn noble and pirate NPCs, which makes some achievements really tricky (I have NO idea how I'll do the drunk one).

Anyone know of any scripts out there to up the number?

Of course a really advanced one would change it based on your leaning (maybe standard 4 each, if all pirate though you go 6 and 2 for the limits?)

I just use Grim's Core mod, the option called Faction, and change the townies in the hood to either pirate or noble. Then I use Plan Outfit and place pirate or noble clothing on them so I remember who's who later on. If the clothing won't show up in CaS, then you need to use my CaSP mods on the P&N clothing.
