When I go to http://www.the-isz.com/nraas/ I get an error that says:

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /nraas/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Is anyone else getting this error?

It is possible it is because of a high number of people using the site.

Could someone please give me a direct download link to the latest version of the Master Controller mod or reupload it to mediafire or 4shared?
I've tried to access the site multiple times without success.

You can always message the creator. He has a MTS account and seems to be quite active here.

The site is working for me, so I'm not sure what is going on. Just to be clear, did you try another browser before giving up? Sometimes I have trouble with Firefox accessing the site for whatever reason.

That usually happens if the user's IP address has been banned. It is possible that the previous owner of the address was a spammer.

Wallflower has contacted me via PM, so this thread can be deemed complete.
