Selling horse problem, not sure if glitch?

Sorry if this has been asked; I looked through but didn't see it.

I recently sold a horse, and though I got the money for the sale (10k!) it didn't go toward my Jockey Lifetime Want (which is to make 40k off of horses whether competing, selling, etc). I wonder if this is a glitch or if it simply doesn't go toward the want like I expected, and if anyone else has had this problem?

Interesting question. Remember when Ambitions first came out? There was a bug where stuff sold at the consignment store didn't count towards self-employed professions. This sounds like a similar issue. They DID eventually patch that one.

Selling horses counts in the Horseman job but not the jockey LTW. Only races as far as I can tell.
