We need: "register new breed" option like in TS2!

Seriously, now.

Most of EAxis' premade animal breeds look like aliens from outer space. I don't want my pets to be "mixed breeds" just because I removed the fugliness, and I want to be able to save my own breeds/shapes not just fur colours.

I totally agree. After making my 1st 'breed' (A Balboa Spaniel called Rocky .... I had one of 'those' moments, lol) I realised I couldent register him as a new breed. Talk about disapointing!
I'll add to the cookies with a bribe of Chocolate :D

I hope that this is possible for modders to do. I don't mind waiting, I know how hard modding can be, it's just something that EA really missed the mark on!

This looks suspiciously like a request ;) I'm sure you know about MTS's policy on requests!

Feel free to use the resources in our Create menu to get help making it possible yourself, though :)

Well from my knowledge, Rockerduck, you have the NRaas Master Controller. Correct?
When you bring a pet into the game, you can always click on him/her and select - NRaas - Master Controller - Edit in Create a Sim.
Save him/her to the sim bin. I know it's not what you're looking for, and I'm terribly sorry I can't help more, but it's the only temporary substitute we have for what you're looking for.
Hopefully someone will make a mod like this soon!
