Where can I Find Locomotion.xml?

i looked in the gamedata.package but couldn't find it so where is this .xml file? or is it named something else?

Thanks Shimrod101 for some reason i thought that file had do with music so i didn't look in there lol

It took me forever to find that file on my own. Who would have thought to look in there? My only motivation was the fact that if the package had been extracted and used as a mod, it had to be somewhere. I searched literally every other package file on my computer before finding it.
