View Full Version : Packaging Pets?
31st Oct 2011, 02:39 AM
This probably isn't the best place to put this, but it didn't seem to fit anywhere else that I looked. I have this cat that was born in game that's really unique looking and I'd like to submit it here for anyone who shares my views that this cat is adorable lol. Is there a way I can package the cat by itself? As in without the human and the other cats?
Thanks in advance :).

If you use testingcheatsenabled true and open it up in Create a Sim, I believe the Save Sim button is usable. That'll save it as a .sim as if you had made it in Create a Sim yourself.

I actually tried that and the option wasn't available......lol until I clicked the more button. Thank you :).

Lol I love her. I submitted a thread to have her added to the cat downloads section. Hopefully they'll accept it on the first run through XD.

I think this is a really stupid question, but how do I export a pet I'm making? I wanna upload something new :p

"When you save your pet in-game (in the Create-a-Pet screen), please use the button to save your pet to the bin and then upload the .sim file which is created in your My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\SavedSims folder - NOT the .sims3pack created in Exports when you "share pet"."

Wow, that's gorgeous. That was bred ingame? You have such better luck with genetics than I do. :(
