Sims won't change outfit

I recently got pets i have (Ambitons Generations Late Night)

I click on my sims and find change outfit in the pie menu, I click on an outfit i want and the actions pops up in the top corner but then dissapears and my sim does nothing.
My sims are wearing some CC like shirts,hair,glasses,jewlery..etc.

Also when my sims go hottubing or workingout they keep the clothes they have on. :( :(
