i just can't post in the forum for some reason , so all I can do is ask you for help . well , i was playing my game and stuff , everything normal , downloaded some new CC for the sims 3 and then I opened the launcher . it was ok until that , when the game started , the intro was fine , but when the first loading screen shows up , it closes with a windows warning saying "the sims 3 found an error and it had to be closed" or something like that . i first thought that it was something about the new custom content and then removed it and tried again . same thing happens . then i removed all the custom content , .package and .sims3pack , but nothing changes . i've tried every FAQ in here , deleting cache files , and stuff . i haven't tried to re-install the game because my base game is kind of old , it is all scratched , and the last time I tried to reinstall it , there were a looooot of problems and crap like that , so I'm trying to fix this without reinstalling it , and only do it in last case.

If you tried everything, and you're getting those issues, My opinion, you may need to reinstall it, because it's possible some of your core files were corrupted. Note: that's only a possibility. I use this Sims 3 Dashboard tool to look for issues with game files, not sure if it'll help in this place but it's worth a shot right? Anywho, wishing you luck.

Sims 3 - Game Problems
Please go through this FAQ and follow the instructions, doing each step in order and not skipping anything:
Game Help:Sims 3 Game Problem
Most issues with the game can be resolved by following those steps.
I agree with Cobra_Vorhees- if you have tried all steps in the guide linked above with no luck, the next step would be to reinstall. Please double check that you've tried everything else first, though.

so , I did this , and my the sims 3 worked again!
Step 3: Remove User Files
It's also possible that something in your user files - saves or otherwise - is causing a problem.
1. Open Folder: Open your Electronic Arts folder in Documents. The location is:
Windows XP: My Documents\Electronic Arts\
Windows Vista/7 & Mac: Documents\Electronic Arts\
2. Rename: There will be a folder here called The Sims 3 - rename that folder to The Sims 3 Backup.
Now try running the game. It may take a little longer to load than normal this time, since it is making fresh new copies of all of the standard user files (as if you had just installed). It may also run fullscreened if you had normally had it windowed, and the graphic options will be turned down - that's normal, and nothing to worry about. If you're able to load the game with fresh user files, then it was something in the user files that was the problem. You can then go in and copy-paste individual folders from your The Sims 3 Backup to the new The Sims 3 folder to see which is the problem. Recommended is trying your Saves folder first.
but when I closed it , and after sometime tried to open it again , exactly the same error happens . I am so mad at this game right now . I will have to do this everytime I want to play it ? lol

General - Post System Specs
We need more information before we can help with your issue.
Please post a Quick summary of your System Specs
Instructions on finding them are here: Game Help:System Specs.
Please Do NOT post your complete DxDiag report in your thread.
Forever crashing: do Unlock as shown in sticky http://my.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=459247
And always crashing at the same spot, with that same exact error? Even with fresh user folders, 100% vanilla? If you had recreated the User folders, I doubt using Unlocker on them would help.
Drivers are current? Done DEP tweaks? Game_Help:TS3_Load_Issues#Crashing
What is base game version? Game Help:Patch_Table
Still starting game via Launcher? Then you need to Game Help:TS3 Bypassing the Launcher
So perhaps, it is hardware related? Then we need specs.
Or...are all those FAQs things you've already tried? Then naming them would have save me some time repeating the instructions over again. :) But they are there, just in case you missed some.
