UPLOADED Residential & Community Lots

Simmy - I will post in CI as well, but you need to also move all the community lot upload .rar files to the first post (like you did for the residentials). You will also see a table in the first post of the residential lots - can you add a similar thing to the community lots?

On the residentials - we have less than 12 residential lots in total, so we can choose one typical picture from each lot and add that to the first post. I think it is also a good idea for the community lots as well.

I was just doublechecking the links in the first post in the Residential Lots. Most are not working for me. They just take me to the top or bottom of the post. Also, a link is broken - Castle Crumplebottom links to a totally unrelated post. Do you think we should just have a list vs links? Or, am I not doing something right? SimmyRN

hmm, that is odd - it may be your browser - I bet its Firefox right? We could just take the link out and leave the name in as a lot of people use FireFox.

Actually, I use Windows Internet Explorer but it always does that at MTS - jumps to the bottom of the posts usually. It may just be my set up. Thanks! SimmyRN

Simmy RN - how are we doing on the lots? I saw the CR re the picture sizes and I know you were working through it - last known by me is they are NOT ready to move.

I want to take another look through the community lots just to double check but I think they are ready to go. I'm about done making the changes to the residential lots and they'll be ready too. I've retaken a lot of the pictures and still need to re-rar a couple of lots to eliminate the CC that snuck in there. Hopefully, this evening. SimmyRN

Ok, thank you for the update Simmy. I fixed a few more objects - on the bath I am a bit stuck - I changed the container slot to hold the cat, but the blasted thing keeps spinning round :)

OK, we have 2 CR's in today - the community and the residentials. You can make the changes in the queue, no need to move back to Creator Issues. Simmy, if you are afraid to do the changes in queue I can move it back, but it is possible to go to the upload via the user control panel tip, open the upload, make the changes in the comments posts and then when all is done go to the Changes Required Post and then tick the boxes (very important to tick the "I am ready for this to be reviewed" box as otherwise the moderator will not see that you have made changes.

Yes, I saw the messages and am working on the CR. Thankfully, not too many. I didn't know that a "shell" - which is basically what some of the rabbit hole in basement buildings are - also had to be furnished. So, I'll throw in some basic furnishings and re-rar them.

I think I can make the changes in the message link. It seems to be working fine. No need, at this point, to move them back to CI. Thanks!

I posted a message in CI. I made all the changes in the residential lots but I can't replace the rars. The first (main) post doesn't show from the CR link for me - only the "comments". I'll have to replace two community lot rars also. So, whichever is easier for you. If you want to move the community lots back into the CI and I'll replace the rars. Or, I can attach the updated rars to a message and you can replace them. I'm working on the community lots now a bit. Will probably have to finish them tomorrow. Thanks! SimmyRN

If you attach the two updated files I will replace them. The moderator also mentioned that the thumbnail for the community lots was all for one lot and needed changing... I made a thumb, if you want it. The banner and text can be easily changed if you prefer as I have it as a PSD file.

Those look GREAT! Thanks! The only thing is could you change the text to Ye Olde Kingdom of Pudding, if it will fit? That would be more consistent. If not, Kingdom of Pudding is fine. The rars are attached over in the CI residential & community lot thread. We so appreciate your help. I also saw that the armoury part I was approved. :gjob: SimmyRN
