Is there a difference in work hours between sunset valley and bridgeport

I know its a silly question but seriously I couldn't find its answer elsewhere so I think I might get some help here. So here is the issue I moved my family from sunset valley to bridgeport, I have one female and one male sim in this family the male is an international super spy (Law enforcement level 10) in sunset valley his work hours were 9:00 am to 1:00 pm but in bridgeport his working hours are 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm. I try to quit the job and get it again but it always start late for all other law enforcement levels as well, I also start a new game but its still the same.

In Bridgeport the jobs usually start at 1pm to allow your characters to party the night away.

Thanks for the quick reply I was just wondering is it the problem with the game or something, anyway I will have to change my schedule.

It will happen in custom worlds flagged as a city, too. :)
