I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to this, but this is what my problem is: I made a fishing spot right next to a beach and a mountain. When I went into EIG, if I zoomed in too much it would turn into a blue screen (I'm thinking a lot tear maybe?). I've attached some pictures so you know what I'm talking about.

The lower right side on the far edge of the road is where my fishing spot is

And this is what I see during EIG
Is the lot just too close to the beach/mountain area or is my world already screwed? I've made sure all the roads connect and sims are able to travel on them. Maybe it's the bridge? Sorry if this has been discussed before, but I really wouldn't know what to call it. Thanks in advance :)
