Resource names in S3PE don't show up

I wasn't sure where to post this so I'm posting here - I'm trying to convert some custom hairs from TS3 to TSM. This is my first time using S3PE to convert something, but I am using this (http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=439834) tutorial by hotroxy777 to help me out. I understand everything it says and I'm sure I'm doing it all right, the only problem is, under the 'name' column, all the resource names are blank. This is what it looks like;

And it looks like that for all of the resources in the file. From what I can see on the pictures in the tutorial, it shouldn't look like that & there should be names under the name column. How can I fix this?

EDIT: I forgot to add, the 'display names' box is ticked, yet they still don't show up.

It's possible the resource names are simply not included in the file. They're not really mandatory for the file to work in-game, so they're optional, and depending on the program/method used to make the hair (or any other item), may not be included.

You'll find that anything made with TSRW doesn't have resource names. From a technical perspective they're not needed - the content/game will work fine without them. Their absence just makes things a gigantic pain in the ass for modders.
