Do I have to build my own fire stations in The Sims 3 Ambitions?

I just bought The Sims 3 Ambitions and I am now wondering about the fire stations, because I wanted one for my world I'm making, but I don't see one in the rabbit hole listing in the community objects thing in build mode.

I'm confused, do I have to build my own?

You can if you want, but there is a firestation in the lot bin, ready to plonk down. The firestation isn't a rabbithole.
