I need help with Sims2 custom content downloads.

I have been having issues for months now, and I am sick of dancing around it.

I can download:
-sims
-houses (some)
-pets

I cant download:
-items
-hair, eyes, skin types, etc.

Everything I CAN download shows up during game play. everything else doesnt even end up in the install page. :bunny:

First, this belongs in the Sims 2 Help forum, since it isn't a problem with your computer or non-Sims software.
