Looking for help with beautiful conversion?

Oh I am so over my head, but I saw this;Helena_female06 (http://helenalarc.blog.163.com/blog/static/12671328 220107815342883/) and nearly died. I have never ever modded, converted.. anything. I need this in my game! Can someone please direct me to a tutorial on how to do something this specific? Is there anything I should know? Is this even at all possible?
Or does anyone know of someone who takes requests for these sorts of things??

Yes, converting sims2 meshes to sims3 is possible.


First, your link isn't working, so I can't see what this mesh is: hair mesh or bodymesh.

Then, if you never never meshed before, I think you shouldn't begin by an hair conversion. Begin with something more simple, there are great tutrials on MTS.

A last thing: you shouldn't ask where to find help/tutorials or if something is possible in this forum. It isn't for asking who you can request something too.
