Sims 3: Machanima Tricks?

I really want to know how the machanima videos are so smooth. i go to video ini and check to make sure the lerpducuration or something with lerp is 20 or 30 but it isn't working some people says it only works if u have a video card?

How do i keep the videos so smooth without a video card and editing video.ini?

The camera Move & MoveVertical settings also need to be adjusted to achieve smooth movement.
