Can it be converted? Probably not. Poses and animations work differently in TS2 and TS3.

Could somebody write something with similar functionality from the ground up? Maybe... were you looking for advice on how to do that? I'd start by looking at the TS3 pose player we already have.

If you wanted to find out if something like that already exists... I am pretty sure the answer is "no", we only have one pose player, but you can always try the WCIF forum under Help.
