WCIF this sims 2 nouk hair converted for sims 3?

Hi everyone!
I'm looking for some cute afro hairstyles for my sims, but it seems all of them have only been created for sims 2!!! Unfortunately I cannot find especially this one (http://thumbs.modthesims2.com/getimage.php?file=397791) that's really beautiful! :(
Can anybody help me?? I would like to find it converted, anyhow if it doesn't exist, other suggestions will be appreciated a lot :)
